You bet we like complaints! While we make every effort to do the right thing, your communications directly to us on the bad stuff allows us to learn and improve. So, and this comes straight from the boss, call with any comments... good or bad. We will get better with your help. "Customer satisfaction is how we survive. Without it, no company can last long.  I want to hear the good and the bad and we will do whatever it takes to keep our clients happy!"
